Winter Corp. Information collected as part of the TopTen™ Survey Program is
covered by a separate privacy statement, which you can access here.
By accessing the Winter Corp. web site, you are consenting to the information

Collecting Your
Personal Information
You are
required to register to access Winter Corp. White Papers, and you may be asked
to register at other areas of the site. We will collect
personal information if you choose to register. The personal
information we collect includes your name, title, company or organization name,
work e-mail, work phone, work or home address, job title and information about
your database and database environment.
Certain anonymous information about your visit is automatically captured. This information includes the name of the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access a survey and your browser type. None of this information is personally-identifiable.

Disclosure of your Personal Information
The personal
information Winter Corp. collects may be used to make you aware of Winter Corp
products and services, and Winter Corp news that may be of interest to you.

Customer
information is collected by Information Technology Systems, a Winter Corp.
vendor. It is stored at Information Technology Systems, plus sent back to Winter
Corp.

help manage data collection. The session cookie expires shortly after you
complete your visit and is not placed on your hard drive.

Privacy Statement
We may
occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the
